Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the business team to follow up and maintain the company's customer resources, promote the completion of orders, and develop new customer resources;
2. Organize the promotion and timely notification of the company's new products, new dynamics, and other positive information to customers;
3. Communicate with customers to establish good long-term cooperative relationships and guide order sales;
4. Arrange for timely sampling, strictly review samples, arrange for sample sending, and track the progress and feedback of samples to facilitate orders;
5. Track the progress of customer orders and other customer needs to improve customer satisfaction;
6. Handle customer complaints, maintain and manage customer relationships, and formulate long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers;
7. Promote cross-departmental collaboration, assist subordinates in achieving personal performance, and achieve team performance goals;
8. Responsible for team building, training, and cultivation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with CET-6 or above in English, fluent in spoken English;
2. More than 3 years of experience in trade operations, with experience in the stationery or pet industry preferred;
3. Familiar with trade operation processes and relevant laws and regulations, with professional knowledge in the field of trade;
4. Diligent and meticulous in work, quick to react, with strong patience and sense of responsibility;
5. Experience in team management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
