This team of experts drives innovation, ensuring all our brands products consistently lead in taste and quality while staying true to our brand identities. Being Part of Our Global Product Development Team Entails:

Taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market-ready launch. You will collaborate with internal teams and trusted production partners, combining creativity, technical expertise, sensory knowledge, and commercial focus to develop exceptional food and beverage products that stand out globally.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution.
• Create and optimise formulations and recipes, conducting sensory evaluations to perfect taste and functionality.
• Collaborate with our global network of manufacturing partners to ensure feasibility, scalability, and quality.
• Use analytical skills to solve challenges and enhance product outcomes.
• Align innovation with business goals and market demands through cross-functional teamwork.

Does this sound like something you would interesting to learn more about? Have a look at the mandatory requirements to see if we have a match:

• A degree in Food Science or a closely related field .
• Hands-on work experience (minimum 4 years) in the food or beverage industry, with a clear focus on:
  • Leading full-cycle product development, including technical formulation and sensory evaluation.
  • Creating products that are market-ready, balancing technical, consumer, and commercial requirements.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• A hands-on approach, complemented by strategic thinking and collaboration.
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus but not mandatory).
