About the position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our board and governance platform — a mission-critical SaaS solution trusted by organisations across the Nordics and Europe.

As we continue our growth and expand into new markets, we are investing heavily in how AI can improve decision-making, insight, and efficiency within governance workflows. You will play an important role in exploring and building AI-powered capabilities that create real value for boards, executives, and organisations.

This role suits someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful products and is excited about how AI can meaningfully enhance professional decision processes in a trusted manner.

This role reports to the CPO.

What you will do

• Help drive product initiatives from idea to MVP and continuous improvement

• Work closely with customers to understand governance and decision-making needs

• Contribute to product priorities and outcome-driven roadmaps

• Collaborate daily with commerical, engineering and design teams

• Identify, explore and shape AI-assisted features that support better, faster, and more informed decisions

• Define and track success metrics for product improvements

• Support delivery of reliable, secure, and user-friendly SaaS solutions

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role

• Experience working with digital products or SaaS solutions

• Experience with - or strong interest in AI

• Curiosity about how technology can improve decision-making and collaboration

• Strong collaboration and communication skills in Norwegian and English

• Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Passion for building products users trust and rely on

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-driven or data-informed products

• Experience with B2B or professional software

• Interest in governance, compliance, or productivity tools

• Ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with C-level executives and board members

• Experience working in agile product development environments
