RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join for an approximate 6-month project!
This position requires 3 days onsite in San Francisco. Candidates must be local to the San Francisco area to be considered for this position.
We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our Cross-Channel Strategy team. In this role, you will drive marketing initiatives across key channels, focusing on enhancing automation, personalization, operational efficiency, and experimentation. You will explore AI tools, API integrations, and other solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual work. Your problem-solving skills and ability to challenge the status quo will be essential as you collaborate with internal teams to identify challenges, implement new processes, and recommend solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build trust across teams and execute impactful campaigns that drive growth.
As a Product Marketing Manager, You Will
- Identify challenges within O&O channels and propose internal and external solutions to drive impactful results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, promotions, and business intelligence teams to align on strategies and goals.
- Build trust with internal teams and maintain strong working relationships with tech and product teams.
- Contribute to the global scaling efforts of client product by supporting initiatives that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Own and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, driving measurable results.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in on key initiatives.
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree considered with strong industry experience.
- 57+ years of experience in digital marketing or the tech industry.
- Proven expertise in managing marketing channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messaging, or paid media.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with tech and product teams, demonstrating fluency in growth marketing or product-related discussions.
- Experience using at least one program management tool (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).

Compensation
Pay Range: $40.00 - $43.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidates pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
