  • 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing digital marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience.
  • Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Product Marketing Manager on the IT Pixel Phones Product Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Pixel phones within the Italian market. You will be instrumental in supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies for the Pixel product portfolio and shaping the brand's cultural relevance among millennials in Italy. You will work closely with internal and external teams to bring innovative marketing initiatives to life and drive tangible results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and adapt the product positioning and messaging for Pixel phones and accessories to resonate with our consumers, developing detailed asset briefing and execution processes for agencies and a clear understanding of asset guidelines for Pixel and our partners.
  • Support Pixel trusted voices strategy and go-to-market by collaborating with local talents and influencers to increase brand consideration and strengthen brand image.
  • Play an active role in the execution of modern and cultural marketing initiatives, developing co-marketing, brand, and media partnerships that elevate Pixel's cultural relevance among the millennials target group.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of go-to-market strategies for Pixel phones and accessories, curating product positioning, localizing packaging, managing CRM activities, executing digital campaigns, and developing web content.
