Production Mixer

The Production Mixer will work with the Mixing Team in the execution of the production schedule. The results must be achieved with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· First shift, 6:30am – 3:15pm Monday – Friday with extended hours and Saturday work as needed.

· Receive work schedule from the Lead or Production Supervisor.

· Working to continuously increase efficiency and output of the mixing room.

· Make sure mixing room and sales are set up for each batch.

· Maintain safe environment in the Mixing area.

· Ensure that current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s) and Standard Operation Procedure’s (SOP’s) are being followed.

· Report any production issues, such as material shortages or mechanical issues, to the Mixing Lead.

· Properly clean and setup mixing equipment.

· Help our in other production rooms during downtime.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have transportation.
• Must be able to safely lift 50lbs and above.
• Must be able to perform manual labor and be on your feet for extended periods of time.

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Performance:

· Punctual, reliable.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

· Intermediate English comprehension and communication.

· Intermediate math skills.

· Desire to drive a forklift if needed.

· Understand the role of cGMPs and SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
