Production Operators - Evening Shift

We are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for work in our state of the art Manufacturing Facility in Carlow.

Initially these roles will be working on our evening shift for a number of months and then move to day shift later in the year.

Training will be completed on the day shift for the first week

Our evening shift hours of work are

Monday - Thursday 16.30 - 01.30

Friday 15.30 - 19.00.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate machinery and equipment as required in the production process
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that the products meet our quality standards
• Working on multiple jobs to achieve quality and delivery targets
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the safety of all employees.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality
• Ensuring tasks are carried out in line with company procedures and standards

• Willing to work evening shift
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good attention to detail and 'get it right first time' attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing, an advantage but not essential
• Good level of English
