Mission
The Centre for Worldwide Sustainable Construction (CWSC) with its ambition towards achieving sustainability and resilience in the built environment, is creating a CAS.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning and administering the new CAS program, in conjunction with the EPFL Extension School, CWSC and partner universities.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Course design and execution: Develop content in collaboration with academic partners, coordinate participants and guarantee pedagogical quality.
- Regulations & agreements: Harmonize regulations and agreements with EPFL guidelines and partner universities.
- Budget: Draw up and monitor budgets in coordination with partners.
- Logistics & communication: Support logistics {Moodle, digital tools), ensure graphic and marketing communication, manage admission and planning.
- Quality & support: Monitor participant satisfaction, coordinate event logistics (workshops, conferences), manage certificates and post-training.
Profile
- University degree (EPF/HES or equivalent)
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- At least 5 years' experience in program/training management
- Organizational, interpersonal and digital skills
- Ability to co-create across cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of sustainability issues in the built environment and their importance

Contract Start Date : 01.07.2025 or to be agreed upon
Activity Rate : 80%-100%
Contract Type: fixed-term contract (CDD)
