The Program Manager is accountable for the end to end delivery of the Aviation, Land and Maritime Transport (ALMT) program, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to ALMT and broader Bureau priorities.

The role leads a portfolio of complex, interdependent projects spanning technology, science, operations and service delivery in a regulated, safety critical environment. The Program Manager sets the delivery strategy, establishes robust governance, manages risk and change, and ensures benefits are realised through effective transition into operations.

Success in this role requires strong delivery leadership, the ability to influence across organisational boundaries, and the confidence to make evidence based decisions in complex and evolving circumstances. The role models inclusive leadership behaviours and actively contributes to a diverse, respectful and high performing workplace.
