Our People & Culture team is leading an important goal for lululemon: we aim to develop inclusive leaders who enable growth and wellbeing for all. The Health, Wealth, and Mobility team is on a mission to continually enhance our employee experience. Our global Health, Wealth, and Mobility portfolio consists of compensation, health benefits, retirement programs, leaves & accommodations, wellness programs, mobility and immigration, and several other important components of the employee total rewards offering and experience. We are looking for an experienced Benefits Program Manager to lead and manage our employee physical and financial wellness programs. The Program Manager, Benefits reports to the Manager, Heath & Wellbeing.
A day in the life:
*
Responsible for leading the ongoing management of lululemon's global Sweaty Pursuits (fitness benefit) & Fund Your Future programs, which consists of a global ESPP, RRSP in Canada, 401k & DCP in the US, Savings Fund in Mexico, and other financial wellness initiatives.
*
The subject matter expert for the organization as it relates to lululemon’s Sweaty Pursuits and Fund Your Future programs
*
Responsible for ensuring programs are operating as intended per plan rules; ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements
*
Work closely with the Manager, Health & Wellbeing to develop the roadmap and drive and/or participate in large-scale projects to support program evolution and/or the introduction of new benefits
*
Provide ad-hoc support for lululemon’s Health & Wealth (pension) Committee
*
Lead & manage the relationships with our vendors, ensuring compliance with contract and/or service level agreements
*
Lead and manage annual audits and testing to ensure our retirement plans are operating in compliance with plan provisions and retirement legislation
*
Partner with vendors and the internal communications team to create communication strategies to drive awareness and participation for our programs
*
Lead and manage internal resources, policies & training materials to ensure they are maintained and up to date
*
Continually review and ensure processes are efficient and influences to deliver change
*
Lead and manage periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data to and from vendors is accurate
*
Collaborate with team members to provide education sessions for employees to help educate and promote benefit offerings
Qualifications:
*
5+ years of experience in benefits management for a global organization with the proven ability to lead at an individual contributor level
*
In-depth knowledge of North American savings plans (RRSP, 401k, and DCP) and global ESPPs
*
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal, including the proven ability to effectively influence, negotiate and communicate with management, cross-functional teams, and vendors
*
Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data, communicating data findings, and being able to drive sound decision-making
*
Proactive, resourceful problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
*
Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality
*
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple priorities independently with excellent attention to detail
*
Proficient in HRIS (Workday experience an asset), advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office software
*
Must be an effective team player
*
BA in Human Resources or equivalent field

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
