about this team

The Omni & Retail Technology Portfolio Governance and Planning team enables effective, efficient, consistent planning, governance and execution of work and initiatives across the portfolio globally and in close partnership with all teams sitting across the Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support portfolios.

This role will primarily support the Retail Technology Team. This team is dedicated to crafting innovative solutions that enhance both guest satisfaction and front line engagement. With a focus on creating seamless interactions across various touchpoints, our team collaborates closely to develop user-centric products and experiences. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and deep insights into guest behavior, we strive to redefine the retail landscape, driving positive outcomes for both our guest and our workforce.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Retail and vendors (other functions as required) to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
  • Gather input, including dependencies and sequencing, from cross functional partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of initiative and feature delivery
  • Track milestones across the retail technology & educator enablement portfolio for key projects.
  • Communicate program/portfolio status and partner with leaders to make decisions across the portfolio area.
  • Facilitate and support enterprise planning processes for the portfolio including long range and annual planning in partnership with PG&P team(s)
  • Prioritize work within the Retail Technology & team & cross functionally
  • Intake work within the portfolio and work with the leaders to determine how to move forward.
  • Build, communicate and execute a change management plans when required to support successful adoption or implementation
qualifications

  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in program management and change management preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environments
  • Strong acumen for retail operations and change management, this portfolio requires highly integrated planning and strategic collaboration cross functionally and with retail partners.
  • Experience in retail operations and or other relevant field in bringing retail strategies to life across channels.
  • Ability to support both breadth and depth within the portfolio, supporting strategic process & thinking and detailed operational/project planning as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across working groups. 
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200-$178,700 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
