Position Summary:

Keystone Sports Construction is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of accounting experience who is eager to expand their skills in construction accounting. The position offers direct mentorship, structured training, and hands-on involvement in project job costing and day-to-day accounting operations.

This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Phoenixville, PA headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing costs for active construction projects.
• Help maintain accurate project budgets and monitor cost variances.
• Process subcontractor invoices, payments, and vendor compliance documentation.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, vendor records, and document management.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance leadership on project-related accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or Procore is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, growth-focused mindset.

Salary Range: $60,000.-65,000.00 Per year
