  • Maintain and update key PF&D systems, including furniture inventories and ARCHIBUS.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure completed works meet requirements.
  • Proactively resolve on-site issues to keep projects on track.
  • Administer and approve progress claims and payments within delegated authority.

  • Knowledge and experience in project and contract administration.
  • Experience with basic contract administration and understanding of building-industry compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate information clearly.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a unified team.

Desirable:
  • Experience in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation with built-environment activities.
  • A relevant diploma or certificate qualification.

  • As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
  • Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence (or equivalent).
  • White Card - while this is mandatory, you can initiate this upon joining if not already obtained
  • Successful applicants are subject to a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin’s satisfaction.
