Job Summary
You will lead project coordination and supervision efforts to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance of electrical engineering projects. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and technical specifications, driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to deliver on time and within budgetary constraints
- Enforce strict compliance with engineering codes, industry best practices, QA/QC procedures, performance standards, and technical specifications throughout project execution
- Engage daily with clients to clarify project requirements, resolve issues, and represent their interests during on-site operations
- Oversee project quality control by managing budgeting, scheduling, planning, and team performance, delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve delivery milestones and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and evaluate engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards and objectives, initiating corrective actions to maintain quality and performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support project documentation and communication
- Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM to assist in project planning and review
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams to meet project goals
- Experience in project supervision and coordination with understanding of project workflows and timelines
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills to guide project teams effectively
- Effective time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
