Job Description

• Position Title: Project Executive
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mobile Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure successful completion of projects undertaken by the company within scheduled cost, time & quality.
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process with clients & vendors from beginning through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
• Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion & ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise closely with contractors, vendors and authorities - oversee the performance of all trade contractors and responsible for ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
• Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations and requirements.
• Responsible for project financial management and reporting to Management.
• Ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Project experience, or experience in the Events industry
• Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating
