Project Executive (Carpentry Manufacturing)

JOb Scope:

1. Project Management & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end fixture manufacturing projects (from design to installation).

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and specifications.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
  

2. ISO Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all project activities comply with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or relevant certifications).

• Support Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and enforce quality control at every stage of fixture production and installation.

• Assist in preparing SOPs, work instructions, and checklists aligned with ISO requirements.
  

3. Design & Technical Support

• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.

• Work with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and ISO-compliant processes.

• Recommend material or process improvements to meet quality and environmental standards.
  

4. Production & Site Monitoring

• Monitor fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes in line with ISO procedures.

• Conduct in-process checks and final inspections before delivery.

• Coordinate site installation, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with ISO and client standards.
  

5. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety and environmental standards in line with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (if applicable).

• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and site safety checks.
  

6. Project Closing & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare project close-out documents, including as-built drawings, warranties, and ISO records.

• Support internal and external ISO audits with project-related evidence.

• Identify lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future projects.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management skills in fixtures/joinery/furniture manufacturing.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (mandatory), plus exposure to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 is an advantage.

• Familiarity with QMS documentation, audits, and compliance.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, or similar).

• Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong quality and safety awareness.
