Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including process workflow guides, RAID logs, customer status reports, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents. Ensure all documentation adheres to internal standards, style guides, and branding requirements
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories and content libraries using tools like Confluence, SharePoint Smartsheet and other platforms.
- Develop contextual help, FAQs, onboarding materials, and knowledge base articles to improve customer support
- Work closely with software developers, engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather accurate technical information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve support content
- Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
- Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings and written, electronic and graphic reports.
- Coordinates with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Management and/or Technical Writing
- Strong command of the English language, tailored to different audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and grammatically correct content.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications / terms of Network and Voice products
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Confluence, SharePoint Smartsheet and other Microsoft products and other platforms
- Experience in Network and/or Voice Engineering is an advantage
- Network Certification (CCNA) is an advantage
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience working independently or as part of cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work on the night shift
- Amenable to working in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly)

Bachelor's Degree
