Project Manager

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the operations team. You’ll support the delivery of hardware rollout projects, coordinate resources and timelines, and play a key role in streamlining service delivery processes across Philippines for a fast-food chain company.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

Education & Experience

• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with a successful delivery track record.
• Strong knowledge of all stages of project and program lifecycle, including business operation and project mobilization.
• Experience in managing project budgets effectively and financial reporting.
• A strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, Filters, and VLOOKUP, is essential. Experience with other Excel features such as macros, data visualization, and complex formulas will be considered an asset.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the coordination and execution of large-scale customer rollouts in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
• Support day-to-day logistics including tracking inventory, managing installs, and updating documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with stock and procurement leads to ensure availability and readiness of all required hardware.
• Drive improvements across service delivery workflows to increase team efficiency and visibility.
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Be on standby as escalation for on-call availability with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for critical incident management and installations.

People Management

• Build, lead, and manage the DaaS team, including strategic planning, staffing, training, and budgeting.
• Lead the allocation, delivery, and installation together with the vendor/supplier.
• Ability to successfully manage and coordinate project teams comprising both technical and business teams.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to industry compliance, delivery frameworks, post-mortem reviews, and documentation.

Cross-Group Collaboration

1. Partner with the Sales Team to advance new DaaS opportunities, including analyzing supply and demand.

2. Work alongside the Finance team to develop forecasts and deliver weekly variance reports, comparing to Original Budget and/or Current Forecast.

3. Present a risk analysis of planned deployments to management.

4. Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure smooth cash flow management for invoices, WBS (work breakdown structure), and payments.

Technical Expertise

• Familiarity of IT lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
