oversees all operations within a specific province, focusing on strategic leadership, program implementation, stakeholder relations, and resource management (budget, staff) to achieve organizational goals, ensuring compliance, driving growth, and reporting performance to senior management. Key duties include leading teams, managing budgets, building local partnerships (government, NGOs, community), monitoring project progress, ensuring quality, and adapting strategies for local context.

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and implement provincial strategies, set goals, and manage overall operations.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, ensure efficient resource allocation (funds, logistics, staff), and maintain compliance with policies and donor requirements.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise provincial staff, fostering teamwork and ensuring performance aligns with organizational values.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with local government, community leaders, partners, and clients to build strong relationships and ensure project success.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance, monitor budgets, prepare progress reports, and identify issues, providing solutions and feedback.
• Financial Oversight: Manage provincial budgets, review expenses, ensure financial accountability, and support financial planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
