We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help support a wide range of hazardous building materials and indoor air quality management services including:

• Leading and directing projects
• Comprehensive building inspections
• Sampling and testing of suspect materials
• Proposal and Report writing
• Client, contractor and team communication
• Development of removal/abatement strategies
• Preparation of Operations and Maintenance programs
• Abatement cost estimating
• Abatement Specification and Bid document development
• Managing and developing junior staff

Ideal qualified candidates have:

• Three years of project management experience relating to industrial hygiene services, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials
• Active asbestos-related licenses and 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team
• Additional certifications/licenses for other states or services, including indoor air quality, mold, lead-based paint and other environmental services a plus

Salary range is $80,000-$95,000+ commensurate with experience.
