Your work will keep water flowing, facilities running, and communities supported. As a project manager you will guide projects from planning through closeout, remove roadblocks before they grow, and keep clients informed and confident at every step.
- Own outcomes for scope, budget, forecasting, schedule, and resources
- Diagnose problems early, run root cause reviews, and implement corrective actions
- Manage contracts, billing, time and material documentation, and change orders
- Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and daily reporting
- Drive timely submittals, RFIs, O and M manuals, toolbox talks, THAs, and closeout packages
- Lead clear communication with clients, inspectors, vendors, and the IPS team
- Coach and direct assistant project managers and coordinators
- Uphold IPS policies, procedures, and core values
- At least eight years of construction or project management in electrical or industrial settings
- Working knowledge of the NEC, industry codes, construction practices, and field operations
- Valid driver license and a record suitable for secure site access
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Planner. Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Experience with McCormick estimating, Foundation software, or CAD is preferred
- Protect and improve project margin
