Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards on behalf of our valued Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects (from pre-commencement planning to full project handover)
• Manage project budgets (Cost, Value and Change Management), project schedules, and resources effectively
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management / Project Management or related field
