As a Project manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our transformation. You will be tasked to secure the success of some of our most important change initiatives from start to finish, including implementations of new technology, process re-engineering, reorganizations and leveraging new suppliers/partners.

- You align strategic goals to actionable plans with concrete milestones and required resourcing/budget
- You drive cross-functional collaboration with focus on company/customer value creation
- You foster high-performing project teams with clear accountabilities and strong engagement
- You "think impact" and work continuously with senior managers and various stakeholders to secure support and active change management
- You proactively act on deviations and manage risk ensure program activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Skills & requirements
As Project Manager, Transformation, you apply a structured, systematic toolbox with genuine curiosity, an "end to end" mindset, and an unrelenting drive to make an impact. You need excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels, teams and disciplines.

Your qualifications will include
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as a project manager, driving change efforts bridging technology, people and processes. Transformational experience within telecommunications and/or knowledge of business-to-business data communication services is preferential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience with project management methodologies, e.g. certification in project management and agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, SAFe/Scrum)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global, distributed organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)
Job responsibilities
- Project Management : Assist in coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. This includes creating project plans, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project updates, milestones, and any issues that may arise in a clear and concise manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans. Ensure that all documentation is organized easily accessible to team members.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project requirements. Provide feedback to team members as needed to address any discrepancies or concerns.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses to ensure they remain within approved limits. Alert senior management to any budget variances and propose corrective actions as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Share insights and lessons learned from past projects to help optimize future project delivery.
