The role
To effectively project manage Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio in a timely and cost effective manner across the region.
- Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores.
- Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores’ teams to manage repairs and interventions
- Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions
- Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams
- Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines ( Store Dev / IT / Logistics )
- All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe
About you
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification
- Fluent in French and English (nice to have: Dutch)
- 7+ year of maintenance management in Retail sector or similar.
- High observable level of Customer service
- Focused on the result
- Open and honest communicator
- Strong team player and leadership skills
- Assertive coupled with an empathetic and supportive style
- Attention to detail
- Sales ability & Negotiation
- Planning and organising
- Problem solving ability
- High work ethic
