Property Maintenance Technician

What you’ll be doing:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting & patching
• Diagnosing issues and carrying out effective fixes
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
• Keeping properties safe, functional, and looking great

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or handyman work
• Good knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full driving licence (preferred)
• Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude
