Property Maintenance Technician

What is the Job?

• Calling out to properties, investigating and solving problems like minor leaks, loose handles, painting, carpentry, replacement lamps, smoke alarm replacements etc.
• Carrying out repairs, installations and maintenance to properties using skills and experience to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Other ad-hoc maintenance as required.

What do you need?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs. (Essential)
• Strong domestic/residential experience (Essential)
• Full Driving License (Essential)
• Manual Handling Certificate (Desirable)
• Safe Pass (Essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €20.03 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
