What is the Job?
- Calling out to properties, investigating and solving problems like minor leaks, loose handles, painting, carpentry, replacement lamps, smoke alarm replacements etc.
- Carrying out repairs, installations and maintenance to properties using skills and experience to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Other ad-hoc maintenance as required.

- Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend work or afterhours call outs.
- No site work, generally you will be driving to different jobs during the day, in houses and commercial premises.

What do you need?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs. (Essential)
- Strong domestic/residential experience (Essential)
- Full Driving License (Essential)
- Manual Handling Certificate (Desirable)
- Safe Pass (Essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €20.03 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
