The Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Your focus will be on tenant relations, service coordination, and maintenance oversight, making sure all aspects of property management run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Manage contract tendering and liaise with contractors and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and upkeep.
• Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tenant experience and property value.
