- Conduct initial assessment and determination of treatment needs.
- Conducting individual, couples, and group psychotherapy with students
- Conducting crisis interventions as needed.
- Clinical consultation; providing outreach services to the university community.
- Developing liaison relationships across the University; and supervising masters and doctoral trainees and post-doctoral residents.
- Serves as essential personnel and provides assistance in the event of an emergency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a psychologist by the State of Florida in accordance with FS Chapter 490 within 6 months of their start date.
Must meet all requirements as established by the American Psychological Association, which includes a doctoral degree and an APA Accredited Internship.
Must have strong program development and evaluation skills.
Strong communication skills are required.
Must have organizational leadership.
Critical thinking skills are required.

OFFICIAL SEALED TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED:
Final candidate will be required to have official, sealed transcripts and original NACES evaluation, if applicable, sent from their educational institution to Human Resources prior to the start of employment.
