Purchasing Officer

• Manage purchasing activities for goods and services
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors
• Issue and monitor purchase orders (POs)
• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items
• Manage supplier, coordination and relationships
• Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, delivery)
• Resolve issues related to procurement, delivery, or quality
• Maintain and update supplier database
• Monitor company assets, inventory, and stock levels movement and accuracy
• Track project-related and operational expenses
• Ensure purchases are within approved budgets
• Prepare purchasing, inventory, and expense reports for management
• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement transactions
• Support project material requirements and delivery scheduling
• Coordinate with Accounting for invoices and payment processing
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Assist in contract review and supplier renewal processes
• Monitor market prices for cost comparison and benchmarking
• Recommend cost-saving measures and alternative suppliers

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

• Are you able to take self-initiative and work with minimal guidance? Cite an example.
