About the role

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support our consulting engineering team in Australia across a range of active projects.

The role will focus on managing project documentation, maintaining revision control, coordinating information flow, and ensuring project records are accurate, current, and well organised.


Manage incoming and outgoing documents across multiple projects


Maintain registers, transmittals, revision control, and filing systems


Ensure project teams are working from the latest approved information


Coordinate document flow between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients


Support project setup, templates, and document control standards


Assist with QA and consistency checks prior to issue

About you


Proven experience as a Document Controller in engineering, construction, architecture, or infrastructure


Strong working knowledge of Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, and InEight is essential


Excellent understanding of document control processes and systems


Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects


Confident communicator with a proactive and team-focused approach
