Your Role as a QS & Project Administrator

As a QS & Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring the smooth execution and management of projects with precision, efficiency, and a dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining tender registers.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and quantity surveyors.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor register.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for all tenders.
  • Assist in procurement processes and contract administration.
  • Participate in planning timeframes and deliverables.
  • Prepare contract documents.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in a similar administrative role within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Working knowledge of construction contract law and project financials.
  • Working knowledge of the tender process.
  • Full New Zealand driving licence is preferred.
