About the role

Join the skilled team at D'Amelio Stone Pty Ltd as a Qualified Stonemason. This full-time role is based in Wangara, WA and will see you playing a vital part in the company's operations, working with premium materials to create exceptional stonework for a range of commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricating and installing high-quality stone products such as benchtops, vanities, and feature walls
• Interpreting plans and technical specifications to deliver projects to the highest standards
• Operating machinery and tools to cut, shape, and polish stone materials
• Collaborating with the broader team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

What we're looking for

• Recognised qualifications in Stonemasonry or a related field
• Extensive experience as a qualified stonemason, ideally 5+ years
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and plans
• Skilled in the use of specialised stonework machinery and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A keen eye for design and an appreciation for premium materials
• A focus on safety and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A good understanding in Occupational Health and Safety including Training on OHS onsite.
• Current Drivers License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay
