Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize various measurement tools, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Analyze inspection data and compile reports to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality management practices and resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of Quality Control (QC) procedures and documentation.
- Assist in the fabrication process by providing feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.
- Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards and practices.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers for accurate assessments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
