We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Leader, a system test- and integration leader, to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the world of AGVs and AMRs.
Position Overview
As a QA Lead, you will be part of our Engineering department, along with other 60+ engineers working within embedded systems, system software as well as windows applications and web services. You will be part of a team that assists in building and supporting an agile development environment, including developing and maintaining the continuous delivery pipeline (CI/CD). You will also support the integration of assets, end-to-end solution testing, DevOps practices, deployment and release.
In this position, you'll ensure software quality by overseeing engineering processes and adherence to standards, collaborating on Automatic Regression Tests, hosting the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Community of Practice (CoP), coordinating with stakeholders, leading system integration and test planning, and actively participating in testing to deliver reliable software solutions.
What does success look like in this position:
- Effective Quality Assurance strategies and test planning: Implement QA strategies, test plans, and clarify System Release Test activities;
- Balanced test suits and tools: Ensure test suits and tools support speed and quality;
- Thorough Documenting acceptance criteria validation: Document how acceptance criteria are validated (ISO 27001);
- Robust Quality Assurance of the NDC system: Ensure quality assurance of the system of our solution (NDC) and communicate status;
- Effective hosting CoP for Quality Assurance: Host the CoP for Quality Assurance and make decisions;
- Collaborative work with development teams: Work with development teams to schedule testing;
- Continuous improvement of loop times: Review and improve loop times for developers and stakeholders;
- Progressive evolution of the CI/CD pipeline: Evolve the CI/CD pipeline to shorten lead times.
Tech Stack
Jest, Git, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, BrowserStack, C#, Python, Robot Framework, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, MongoDB, SikuliX, VMware, E2E tests; Playwright and Selenium.
While experience with all these technologies is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We value a willingness to learn and adapt, and we provide ample support for skill development.
To achieve the mission and success of this position, we believe you already have:
- Educational background in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent;
- At least 6 years of experience within Software- and System quality assurance;
- Solid knowledge in Testing methodologies and building CI/CD pipelines;
- Technical proficiency in various testing techniques and industry-standard quality assurance methodologies;
- Experience from leadership roles and from Leading System testing;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills;
- Ability to anticipate, address, and solve complex problems;
- Commitment to high standards and continuous quality improvement;
- Drive to challenge the status quo to create breakthrough innovations;
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances.
It is beneficial that if you also have prior working experience within AGV & AMR domain.
