THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS JOB: You will spend all week at a computer:

• Reviewing hundreds of construction photos looking for errors.
• Analyzing schematics and inputting data into spreadsheets.
• Processing GPS data to calculate exact time allocations.
• Doing similar tasks over and over every single day with high attention to detail.
• Working by yourself 99% of the time and having very little interaction with others.

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

• You need "variety" to stay engaged.
• You “approximate” when unsure about something.
• You see this as a stepping stone to something else.
• You describe yourself as a "people person".
• You get bored or burnt out with repetitive tasks.
• You blame systems or other people instead of finding solutions.
• You can't give specific examples of catching errors in past jobs.

• You've ever re-done someone else's work because their formatting was inconsistent.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of repetitive task experience.
• Minimum 2 years of data processing or data entry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of independent working experience.
• Proven track record of consistency and accuracy in previous role(s).
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to sustain focus while doing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to process and understand technical and complex concepts quickly.
• Basic Excel/Sheets skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation starts at $50,000 for the first year. After the first year, you will have the ability to earn up to $60,000+ based on performance bonuses for achieving accuracy targets.

• We specialize in fiber optic splicing/testing and operate primarily in the telecommunications industry.
• We currently have two positions available for this specific role.
