We're in search of a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a robust background in overseeing complex projects in sectors such as healthcare and education. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare material take-offs and compile fabrication workpacks, submitting them into the company’s web-based tracking system.
• Liaise with client representatives to resolve technical queries, schedule inspections, and coordinate deliveries.
• Create as-built drawings and ensure compliance with head contracts, facilitating timely communication of notices and claims.
• Conduct comparative analyses between contract specifications and as-built structures to identify potential commercial claims.
• Analyze changes from Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings to Contract drawings and prepare accurate cost estimates for these changes.Direct daily operations for a team of construction Quantity Surveyors, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
• Review and analyze tender documentation, manage client relationships, and ensure adherence to Quality Management System procedures.
• Create detailed job cost reports and material take-offs, maintaining meticulous accuracy in all calculations and records.
• Regularly interact with clients to provide high-quality information and resolve queries swiftly.
• Lead by example in adherence to company policies, and facilitate additional tasks as needed by the business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure projects such as hospitals, schools, and other public facilities.
• Familiarity with Australian construction standards and experience working on Australian projects.
• Significant experience in estimating Earthworks, Concrete Works, Structural Piping, Plate work fabrication, and Mechanical installation.
• Proficiency with Mudshark Take Off System and Cubit Estimating System. Cubit proficiency is a must!
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management within the Civil, Mining, or Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record in a fabrication environment with a strong focus on contract compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in tendering on Designs and Construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised, manage multiple projects, and maintain high levels of precision.
• Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
