Real Estate Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Real Estate Operations Manager to work closely with the owner and run the day-to-day operations of a Top 1% Toronto real estate business. You’ll be responsible for keeping the operational side of the business organized, moving forward, and executing to a consistently high standard.


The ideal candidate takes real pride in their work and cares about details and follow-through, not because someone is watching, but because that’s how they operate. If you value top-notch systems and clean execution, this will feel like a natural fit. This role is for someone who wants their work to speak for itself and measures a good day by visible progress and finished deliverables.


Compensation:
$74,000 - $90,000 yearly with PTO and bonus potential

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end transaction operations: listings, buyers, compliance, deadlines, and closings
  • Day-to-day operational health of the business
  • SOPs, checklists, and workflows that actually get used
  • CRM and operational tools (Follow Up Boss, Google Drive, Monday.com)
  • Oversight of future admin / EA support as the team grows


The Ideal Candidate

  • Prefers structure, checklists, and process
  • Naturally takes ownership instead of waiting for direction
  • Notices drift early, acts without being asked, and escalates with context and proposed solutions
  • Makes decisions confidently within clear guardrails
  • Catches details others miss
  • Communicates clearly, directly, and professionally
  • Documents as they go, keep work in shared systems, and value clean handoffs
  • Prefers steady, tangible progress over staying busy for the sake of it
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in real estate operations or transaction management (sales roles do not qualify)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work primarily in the office in South Etobicoke
  • Lives within a 30-minute commute of South Etobicoke and has reliable access to a vehicle
  • Solid working knowledge of CRMs and operational tools
