After completing the selection process, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the Rome area and at HSPI's Rome office, taking on one of the following professional roles:
Project Management Consultant: plans, manages, and monitors projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives within time and budget constraints.
IT Governance Consultant: defines processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives through digital leverage.
Business Analyst: analyzes business objectives and processes, identifying organizational and technological solutions for business innovation and improving corporate efficiency.

Project Management Officer (PMO): supports project governance activities, ensuring progress monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and proper management of project documentation.

What technical requirements should you have?

Master’s degree in Engineering and Economics ;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Good knowledge of the English language.

What soft skills should you possess?

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
Teamworking ability;
Goal orientation, precision, and attention to detail.
