Job Title: Receptionist & Assistant Academic Support Officer ( 30 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM)
Are you enthusiastic and organized? We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist & Assistant Academic Support Officer to join our Administration team at NED College English School in Dublin. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring all students have a positive and professional experience. You will maintain an efficient front desk and housing environment, contributing to the overall success of our organization by efficiently providing excellent support to our students.

What You Will Do:
We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist & Assistant Academic Support Officer to join our team. This role involves general reception tasks and supporting students in finding accommodation. You will report to the Academic Support Officer Supervisor. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Greet and welcome students and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide information and assistance to students.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address issues promptly.
- Booking 3 party service such as skill training course
- Covering other staff member’s holiday will be required
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English. A second language is an advantage.
- Computer and MS Office literacy.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and empathy skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- Comfortable dealing with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and languages.
