We are seeking an In-House Recruiter to help us find talented individuals across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across Europe.

• Travel: Occasionally travel to European locations for in-person interviews or recruitment events.

• Creative Sourcing: Use creative methods to find top talent and improve recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 year in recruitment, preferably with experience in international or remote roles.

• Communication: Fluent in English

• Comfortable using online tools and platforms for sourcing and interviewing candidates.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently from home.

• Willing to Travel: Open to occasional travel across Europe.
