Job Title: Recruiter (Part-Time)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Recruiter to source applicants and conduct video interviews . This part-time position requires proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a remote setting with reliable equipment and a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual interviews with applicants for various positions within the company.
• Prepare and ask structured interview questions to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Ensure high-quality video calls, including proper lighting and clear audio.
• Take detailed notes during interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor during interviews, making candidates feel comfortable.
• Follow up with candidates and provide updates as needed.
• Adhere to the interview schedule: 9 AM - 1 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technology: High-quality webcam, microphone, and reliable internet connection.
• Lighting: A well-lit and professional setup for conducting interviews.
• Experience: Previous experience in interviewing, recruitment, or HR is preferred but not required.
• Punctuality & Professionalism: Ability to manage time and conduct interviews as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in recruitment, human resources, or interviewing.
• Familiarity with online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Compensation:

$3 per hour, part-time.

Work Hours:

9 AM - 1 PM EST (4 hours/day), Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php150.00 - Php170.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
