Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a professional and motivated Portfolio Recruitment Advisor to support our Defence contract within the wider National Recruitment Team. This role is ideal for an experienced, commercially savvy recruiter capable of immediately adding value, but we also welcome applications from emerging recruitment professionals looking to build a long‑term career within a leading global organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will join a high‑performing team regarded as trusted advisors to the business. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, professionalism, and passion for delivering quality outcomes.

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across a designated Defence portfolio, including briefing, sourcing, assessment, compliance processing, and seamless onboarding to site.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with operational and contract leaders, providing timely and strategic recruitment support.
• Develop, curate and manage a proactive talent pipeline to meet both planned and rapid‑response workforce needs across Defence sites.
• Collaborate effectively within the national team, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting colleagues when required.

About you

• Experience in high‑volume, campaign, or project‑based recruitment will be highly regarded.
• Background in fast‑paced recruitment, HR, or a similar stakeholder-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver high‑quality service.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism.
