Recruitment Consultant Freelance - Remote

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant in our Healthcare Division to collaborate on various assignments, contribute to business development, and help drive successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Use a range of sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
• Liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiate offers and support the closing process.
• Contribute to client acquisition efforts (optional, depending on experience/interest).
• Provide market insights and consultative support to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally with freelance or remote work experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various platforms/tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality.
• [Preferred: Experience recruiting in Healthcare sector.
