Regional Finance Director (Real Estate) New

My client, a reputable and well established Singapore headquartered Real Estate company is now looking to hire a Regional Finance Director. This is a great opportunity to be part of a business who are currently embarking on an exciting phase of growth and expansion with multiple projects lined up in the near future.

Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the Regional Finance Director will be responsible for the group consolidation and reporting for the Asia Pacific region, and leading their finance shared services team. This includes reviewing of the consolidated financial statements, ensuring consistency with the group accounting policies. Working closely with the various stakeholders, you will analyze the financial performances of the region, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the financial closing process. In addition, you will ensure continuous process improvements, compliance and maintain effective internal controls for the group.

The successful candidate will be professionally qualified (CPA, ACCA), with a bachelor's degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 15 years' experience from a relevant industry with prior experiences from a Big 4 accounting firm. You will be described as a hands-on, self-motivated and analytical candidate with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. Working knowledge in SAP is highly desired for this role.
