The Role:
We are looking for a top-tier Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive significant new business growth across the region. This is a hunter role - a high-stakes, complex, and rewarding opportunity for a proven sales executive who excels at opening new doors and building enterprise relationships from the ground up.
You won't be flying solo. You will be the orchestrator of a dedicated sales pod, a team of go-to-market experts including Marketing, Sales Engineers, CSMs, BDRs and Partner Managers. Together, you will execute a multithreaded sales strategy to navigate complex organizational structures and secure transformative deals with new logos.
What You'll Do
Own the Outcome: Be the CEO of your territory. Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive significant, repeatable revenue within a defined set of accounts.
- Orchestrate the Pod: Lead a multidisciplinary team to engage C-level executives (CIO, CISO, CDO) and key stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Lead the Narrative: Become a trusted advisor. Translate our value proposition into a compelling business case that addresses the most critical challenges of our customers.
- Drive Predictable Growth: Meticulously manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and provide accurate forecasts, leveraging CRM tools to maintain a single source of truth.
Build the Ecosystem: Foster and expand relationships with key channel partners and resellers to amplify your reach and accelerate deals.
Who You Are
A Proven Hunter: You have a verifiable track record of closing complex software deals within enterprise accounts.
- An Expert Orchestrator: You have extensive experience leading complex, multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and internal resources.
- A Strategic Partner: You have deep existing relationships with C-suite executives in large enterprises and a strong network within the channel partner ecosystem.
- Technically Adept: You understand the nuances of selling enterprise software, particularly in areas like data security, data management, or cybersecurity.
