Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations across key Asia-Pacific markets.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned AI and Digital Business sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships in the technology sector.

As a senior commercial leader, you will play a critical role in shaping regional go‑to‑market strategies, accelerating business expansion, and strengthening our presence in the competitive AI and Digital Business landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience in the AI and Digital Business, with at least 3–5 years in a regional management role.
• Strong familiarity with the APAC market, especially Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and/or emerging Southeast Asian markets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling revenue in multi-country environments.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
• Experience in any of the following is highly preferred: Cloud solutions, (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), Cybersecurity, Enterprise software, IT infrastructure, networking, or hardware solutions, Managed services or digital transformation solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
