Join us as a Regulatory Change Manager
- We’ll look to you to deliver on regulatory change by setting-up, leading and participating in, relevant initiatives
- You’ll manage the regulatory risks applicable to the relevant business area
- You’ll be delivering analysis and the business area response to regulatory change, as well as embedding regulatory technology to support rules mapping and horizon scanning
- It’s an opportunity to add value and deliver lasting results in this role, while building meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders
What you'll do
As a Regulatory Change Manager, you’ll be identifying and managing regulatory developments that impact the business area. You’ll also be assessing the business area's position against regulatory compliance risk appetite.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Leading and providing supporting materials for regulatory change triage meetings
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to respond to regulatory developments
- Managing regulatory horizon scanning, responding to upstream regulatory risks, and managing and monitoring the business area response
- Embedding new technology to support the identification and management of regulatory risk
- Creating and presenting reports to various committees
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with experience in understanding and applying (banking) regulatory communications.
You’ll also need:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels, working across organisational boundaries
- Project management experience
- The ability to work independently
- Consulting experience is a plus
