About this role
We have an opportunity for an administration superstar to join our Regulatory Service Support team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday in our Ngaaruawaahia office. If you are not afraid of getting stuck in, enjoy working with a team to share the load and continuously look to improve our processes you'll naturally embody our Do It Right values, and fit right into our innovative customer and community-focused organisation. You will be joining an experienced team of dedicated administrators providing support across the Regulatory Services teams in Animal Control, Environmental Health and Monitoring and Compliance.
What I do?
You will be responsible for providing core regulatory compliance administrative support to customers and staff alike. This includes providing semi-technical support, invoicing, credit control, processing, tracking administrative tasks associated with service requests, applications, dog registrations, infringements and supporting District Licensing hearings. You will have a keen eye for detail to support responding to customer enquiries, the ability to multi-task and remain focused in a busy and challenging environment and have fun along the way with a great team.

- Previous experience in an administration role.
