As a Relationship Manager in Enterprise Banking Industries covering the Engineering portfolio, you will be managing corporate clients across various sectors, namely Civil Engineering (CE), Process Construction & Maintenance (PCM), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Precision Engineering (PE).
As a member of the Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with business owners to understand their strategic growth plans and business needs, delivering tailored financing solutions to support their growth and deepen our relationship.
You will also be pivotal in executing our playbook to bank the CE Ecosystem, helping to power Singapore’s next wave of infrastructure growth.

What you do
Manage a portfolio of mid and large size SMEs in the CE, PCM, M&E and PE sectors in Singapore.
Deepen the wallet of existing customer relationships, acquire new customers to drive business growth.
Structure tailored financing solutions and craft high-quality credit proposals to obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner.
Collaborate with product specialists, partners and stakeholders within the OCBC Group to provide holistic solutions as One Group.
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Able to build lasting relationships with customers, with strong business development skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the whole suite of commercial banking products and solutions, including cash management, loans, trade finance and treasury.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate in an effective and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
