Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to client inquiries via email in a timely, professional manner

· Support Account Managers with day-to-day communication and documentation

· Track project milestones and communicate updates to internal teams

· Maintain accurate records and client data in CRM systems

· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve minor concerns

· Help generate basic reports on account performance

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting

· Willingness to learn and receive training

· Prior experience in a support, sales, or customer service role is a plus—but not required

Pay: $54,256.03 - $75,114.79 per year
